The location of this hotel is great, but that's probably my only reason for continuing to stay here. The rooms are clean, but very dated. Wall outlets are hard to come by, and many outlets in the lamps are stripped so that your plug just sort of rests in the outlet. Bathrooms are very tight--I'm a smaller person, so it doesn't bother me. The staff is very friendly and the views from the higher floors are great. All in all, not the best stay, but the location downtown keeps me coming back.
I stayed here for 2 nights at comic con and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean! The air conditioner was perfect for a hot night and the view of the city from my room was beautiful. I had questions about the specifics of the shuttle service and they were so happy to help and very helpful as well. A great place to stay when you're visiting from out of state. Good job to the whole staff!
Absolutely amazing customer service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Tulsa and the staff here really goes above and beyond anything I've experienced elsewhere. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and the beds are really nice. Seberna, at the front desk was incredible. Her customer service skills are on point. She was very professional and still considerate and thoughtful. I had an issue with TV and had to be moved and even the maintenance guy was super friendly, professional and helpful. Then to top it all off, room service went ahead and delivered to me even though I was 40 minutes past cut off time. (They were really slow this weekday, please don't ask them to do that :) ) All around it was insanely good customer service. Really impressive.
They have great food! The rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. The staff have been very nice and welcoming. Plenty of places to walk to to get food or drinks if you don't want to stay at the hotel. The Cellar Dweller is a cool underground bar to sit and hv a drink, they don't have food though.
The bartender was really rude and seemed like we were wasting his time. Only recommended the highest price everything and when we didn't get the most expensive he stopped caring what we had to say. Also the pool was shut down and there was no sign or reasoning for the closing. Some staff told us it was open but eventually we found staff who explained why it was closed. Shuttle service was great. The guy running it was professional and respectful. Everything else was great.
