Peaceful easy feeling out here in the woods... love this place! Very quiet and friendly, my dog loves it as well, plenty of room for him to run
Just dropped by today looking for a potential permanent home for our small family. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I didn't get to meet the owner or manager yet but spoke to a couple of residents and everyone was very friendly. Excited to bring my husband back next weekend and let him see. Pictures don't do justice to this peaceful retreat. Hoping to call this place home soon!
Park has potential, but has problems now. The lot that I was in is too close to the neighbors. Very little room between units, although there are other lots with more space. The lay out of park seems a little like it needed more attention to detail. No pull through lots, so, if you have a problem backing, go somewhere else. I had some neighbors that seemed to think they were the only people within 10 miles, absolutely no respect for others. I talked with the hosts, which were very kind, and as helpful as the owners of the park would let them be, they talked to the neighbors, but it didn't help. I talked to the owner, no help. If you stay there and have trouble with your neighbor, move, because nothing will be done. The hosts were great people though, as well as the owners are very nice. Park needs work, and they need to evict the rif-raf.
Management was very friendly and helpful. He stopped by and checked on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything. Very peaceful. Still under construction so it will only get better. I didn't see any pull thru. We have a 45 foot and was able to back in no trouble. Concrete parking pads. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it has dirt dusty roads. We will be back.
The two nights we spent there it rained and out site was a mud pit. They advertise WiFi but we're told it wasn't ready yet. We travel full time and WiFi was one reason we chose this place. It is still under construction do they should tell you that. Maybe when it's finished it will be nice but beware for now.
