So, if you value your belongings and peace of mind... this place is not for you. It's nothing but constant chaos!
They refuse to maintain their trailers up to and including ordering you to vacate the premises rather than make necessary repairs. They will harass and discriminate against you if you are not of the "proper" ethnicity. They charge different rates for each family and ignore their owned signed lease.
I used to live there from 2000 to 2004. It was a very Beautiful Place to . The staff where really nice and understanding.
I've lived here now for 1.5 years. When I moved in, they told me that they are in the process of installing security cameras throughout the park...that still had not happened, although they have signs that are posted that they are.
The park is very noisy with neighbor's with too many dogs that are being allowed to be chained up outside most of the time and being allowed to bark hours and hours on end. I've made several noise complaints, and nothing is being done about it.
Is good place to live maintenance and manager are very nice people
My cycle was stolen and I asked them about the security cam footage... they then disclosed too me that there were no cameras installed, just the fake signs. And the only camera is at the clubhouse.
