It's not in the greatest part of Tulsa, but it's relatively quiet and nice. The lots are okay, and the guy is decent. He's a bit of a micromanager. There isn't a great place to walk your dog, but all in all not a terrible place to stay for a couple of weeks. It's inexpensive and well situated to get around town.

This is a great RV park because it's very peaceful. I enjoyed the a/c in the laundry room. The owner Cindy was very kind. Always greeted me with a smile and told me to go ahead and leave the a/c on in the laundry room so I could cool off. She personally restocks the restrooms and cleans them a few times a day. I heard that she evens cooks Thanksgiving dinner for the guests arrive the holidays.
One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed the landlord was amazing his wife very helpful always clean bathrooms very very quiet area to be in considering the surrounding and outlying areas are not a great part of Tulsa safe environment no hassles absolutely loved the stay
Henry Estes is the best landlord a person could want. His wife is very sweet and helpful! I'll keep coming back!!
