I've known a few people that have lived here and it is an awful place to live. The managers are terrible people. They are always worried about harassing people, even if they aren't tenants. They tow people's cars without notice. Their lease says that cars can't be parked in the street, but there's not a designated parking area for visitors. So if your mother wants to come visit from another state, she probably won't have a car to leave in. They raise the rent $5 here and there, with one weeks notice. They refuse to release any information about the owners of the property. It's not a place to call home. Unless you want someone constantly on your back about the way you live your life. I cannot advise someone enough, not to move into this place. It's not even worth the one star I had to give it. It's not clean. None of the roads are in good condition. Half of the trailers look like they've been through hell. Especially the ones right off the main road. You can see that people have shot at the trailers with bb and pellet guns. Please do not move here!!!!!!!!
Easy to navigate
This is a good place to live it nice and quiet most the time. Manager is VERY helpful and easy to Work with as long as you FOLLOWING the rules you have no problems yes there a rule no parking road after 11pm or you will be tow so NOT Like they just tow cars randomly like the other lady said she must not Read the newsletters they past out... I would recommend anyone who's looking for a place to stay to live here it has security also at night time to patrol I gave them a 5 + star ive never had no problems from any the Tenants or Manager..
Not a very nice side of town. Needs more supervision of vehicles parked in the road & yards. Too much noise.
It's a complete rip off. Most homes are in poor condition. No security what so ever, in area with high crime rate.
