We were out of the house and the company placed a note on our door with the phone number we called and they said they would re-deliver the next day otherwise we would have picked them up. We were home all day when they said they would deliver and they never showed. We called again the day AFTER my fathers funeral and wanted to know who the flowers were from and they refused to tell us. We said that we had never recieved the flowers and the person who placed the order needed to be refunded and we were hung up on. Poor poor customer service I cannot believe someone would be so rude over flowers! Redicluous. Never buy flowers here.
