Westside flowers has done my flowers for years. Every occasion from birthdays, get well, prom, and funerals. The did a wonderful job on flowers for my mother, brother and step dad's funerals. They are very caring and compassionate during times of need. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
I called and ordered an arrangement to give my daughter at her dance recital. I specifically ordered pink roses with daisies and babys breath and was told by the guy on the phone that they had all of that.
In response to the owner.
The lady there confirmed what I had ordered and proceeded to inform me that she rarely had dasies and never used babys breath. Then she took a pissy attitude and told me I didn't have to take it, that she could sell it. And there I was, out of time because she was too damn lazy to pick up the phone and call me.
I have spoken to other people and they have noticed similar behavior, and I have suggested they also leave a review.
My Family and I went to Westside flowers today to order flower for my Mothers funeral. We went in at almost closing time on a Friday, they stayed open to wait on us and stayed late, called the wholesalers at home to order the flowers we had wanted special and are delivering them on Sunday on there day off. They go above and and be on ! They made a very hard day a little bit easier to handle. Would not go anywhere else...
I had little choice but to take what she had made or let my daughter go without any flowers on her big day. She didn't even offer a discount.
The only reason I'm rating one star is because there's no option for zero stars.
The employees offer little to no help everytime we come in. Wouldn't suggest this place if you are planning a wedding. The only other review on here was placed by one of the employees.... Imagine that.
The treatment provided was not professional, and the entire flower shop seems unorganized. Our last visit was the deal breaker, and we will not be returning to the shop. Thank you for your "consideration" in correcting the way you executed business with us.
Take my advice, don't waste your money, go to a real florist.
When I went to pick it up, it had pink roses but that was all they got right. No dasies or babys breath in the arrangement, instead it had carnations and little plastic flowers.
These ladies will take care of your flower and gift needs and don't worry they can even help you say the perfect things on your cards for flowers
If we used our "free 2 hour consultation" then charge us for future visits. It was never brought to our attention that we couldn't have meetings to ensure we gave your business, and ourselves, enough time to get everything organized to prevent last minute arrangements. Multiple visits tend to happen when planning for a wedding and we were seeking assistance with all the arrangements. The only ''helpful'' advice we were given was to "provide pictures". After providing said pictures, we told you that we didn't necessarily "want" the specific flowers in the image, and your business kept counting and mimicking the image.. and this was done multiple times after asking for alternatives. After asking for alternatives you continued to treat our business as if it were not important. I am not sure that I would agree that your business suggested "numerous" suggestions, but for the sake of this review you did suggest the same solution, different ways. You're argument is that stayed open after hours to assist us, this happened one time at least 6months ago, and we were coming back considering to pay more money for what we wanted. After my Fiance's last visit, it seemed more important that you gossip about family problems, rather than help with our wedding.
