NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Here's why. I'm currently deployed and needed something for my wife for mothers day. When I found the flowers I got her I was more than excited and willing to pay over $200 for them because it's her special day. Now, besides the fact that I got a call from the manager about the note I had chose he was also judgmental about my email address. Claimed that both the note and email raised concern and he was afraid he was being scammed even though I had already paid and received total confirmation of the over $200 payment for flowers, chocolates, and a bear. Now when I got a picture from my wife saying how much she loved the flowers all I could think was how they look nothing like what I paid for and that I could have gone to WAL-MART and bought flowers, put them in a vase, and saved a couple hundred dollars if I was still in the states!
Order was not even close to what I purchased. Completely different DIRTY vase with a few DEAD flowers. How they could send that out the door is beyond me. What a good way to surprise my wife at work with a little pre birthday gift. They told me they are still charging a delivery fee because they wanted to atleast send her "something" even if it was clearly not the right product nor did it even look presentable.
Nothing but good things to say about my first purchase from Tulsa Blossom Shoppe! I called at 8:30am on a Thursday to place a same-day delivery for a friend's birthday. The clerk, Amanda, was very helpful and straightforward. By 9am they had already emailed my invoice to me, and at noon I received another email notifying me that the flowers had been delivered. The bouquet was $20, plus a $10 delivery fee, and they were gorgeous. My friend was more than pleased! I will definitely be using this shop again!
