Do not order flowers from this florist or any company that uses this florist. I was unhappy about an arrangement I had ordered through a Teleflora. I first contact Teleflora to let them know i wasn't satisfied with the order received and request it to be resent. It was no where near what I ordered. After Teleflora contacted the florist, she then contacted the recipient of the flowers at the hospital and said she did the best she could but she wasn't sending a new order and hung up on that person. Contacting the recipient crossed the line for me so I contacted the shop myself. As I am telling the shop owner that what I ordered was no where near what was received and that she had no right to contact someone in the hospital about a gift they received, she yelled at me and told me she has the right to substitute flowers depending on what's available and she had no contact number for me, which was given at the time the order was placed, I told her I understood the substitutes but downgrading the flower arrangement was unacceptable. The owner then yelled at me telling me if I was not happy about what was received I shouldn't have ordered online. The photos on her website are Teleflora stock photos. Regardless of the method of how the order is placed the product and quality should be no different. If you order from this florist or any company that uses this florist be prepare to not receive what you pay for and to experience extremely bad customer service. The owner of this shop needs a serious lesson in not only customer service but basic etiquette as well.
I called this flower shop due to me living far away from my mother. She resides right around the corner from this shop that's why I chose it. My mother never rec'd her flowers and it's been a week and they still have no order in their system. Fail!
