I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for my grandmother who is very ill for Mothers Day.. she called and told me that she was appreciative of the thought, but that the flowers were brown and wilted upon arrival.. the flowers brought disappointment and put her in the position of having to decide whether or not to tell me. I contacted the company and they agreed to refund my money..BUT NEVER DID and kept promising to do so. It is now 5 months later and after multiple reminders, still have done nothing to rectify the situation.. don’t recommend buying from this shop. This is the first negative review of anywhere I have ever written..
I am currently deployed overseas for military duty. My anniversary came up, and Mary Murray got a beautiful arrangement to my wife. I ordered them, and they were delivered the same day; it was even a Saturday! Thanks for the great service!
I popped into the shop a week before my wedding this past summer in desperate need to order flowers. The staff listened to exactly what I needed, stayed in budget, and captured my vision. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful bridal bouquet or flowers for decorating the reception. Very pleased with this business and appreciative that they could fulfill my order at the last minute without any issues.
I have used Mary Murray's Flowers for several years. My most wonderful friend lives in Tulsa. If I am not able to be with her on her birthday, I have sent her flowers from MM's. I will continue to call MM's when I need flowers for Tulsa!
Super fast service (sometimes schedule delivery for next day, gets delivered the day of the order placement!). Great quality plants and flowers...have asked recipients to send pictures and they're always beautiful!!
