While getting ready to go make the arrangements for the flowers to be at my father's funeral in early April, I told my sister to use Rose's which my mom had used for more than 20+ years and I had used myself numerous times. My sister and brother went to Rose's and explained what we would be needing 5 arrangements for dad's funeral. There needed to be 1 spray (2 total) to be placed at each end of the casket which would be from my mom. Then 1 nice arrangement which would be from each of his 3 children and their families. Rose's told them that they would be unable to make all 5 arrangements we needed. They could make the 2 sprays to be from my mom, but didn't have enough flowers in stock to do the other 3 and we would have to get them somewhere else. My brother and sister then went to a florist recommended by the cemetery and purchased the children's 3 flower arrangements. The sprays by my dad's casket and from my mom were embarrassing. We definitely did not get our money's worth for them and it looked as though my mom bought cheap sprays for her husband's funeral. My sister commented that when she saw them, "They should have told us they didn't even have enough flowers for mom's two sprays. apparently didn't have enough flowers for the 2 sprays they said they could do. Our less expensive 3 arrangements from another florist one from each of our families were absolutely beautiful. For less money we got 3 arrangements that had at least 3-4 times fuller, had a nice assortment of flowers, and none of them looked like they were near the end of their life like the ones in the 2 sprays. I'm sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Rose's florist unless you are taking your flowers with you, thus showing what you are getting for your money before it's too late.

Scrawny arrangement sent after being told my dollar amount was $15 higher than average. Carnations, daisies, a lily and few greens only. Would have been fuller & nicer if I'd sent a cheaper teleflora arrangement. The only way they'd re-send a nice arrangement was to charge my card again per the owner or manager. USE ANOTHER FLORIST!!!!
Great service. I went online picked it all out ordered it. Never talked to anyone and an hour later my wife called me saying thanks. Crazy great service.
