Ordered flowers for my wife's B-day and I ordered a few weeks early but the florist didn't look at the date and they were delivered the same day I ordered. I called the location and they said that they would re-send the flowers that I ordered on her birthday at no charge which sounded fine at the time. When my wife's birthday came around, she did get flowers but she did not get the ones that I picked out. What they gave her instead was a smaller bouquet and smaller vase and didn't have they pebbles in the vase like it was suppose to. The flowers were pretty, I'll give them that, but the presentation just wasn't what it was suppose to be. This was suppose to be a special moment for my wife but was ruined. Next year, I'll order from someone who knows what they are doing.
