Fantastic place and wonderful service! After telling them my wife was having a rough week as a teacher, they had a beautiful arrangement of flowers delivered to her school within three hours. It was prepared with exactly the type of flowers I requested!
What I ordered and what was sent were two COMPLETELY different items. I understand not being able to match an online order exactly, but if you can't get close call and either offer a refund or ask how things can be changed. Called to ask what happened and was told "Well we've only been in the business 35 years, I'm sure it was fine." I'm looking at side by side pictures and I'd say one looks like the expensive gift I paid for and one looks pretty meek and sad. No matter how long you've been in the business. Horrible customer service.

Phoned in advance to inquire about pesticide for army worms, then dropped by to pick up the recommended solution. The owner explained the product and how to use it. Applied it per the spoken and written instructions. Viola! No more army worms... Yeah!
