I ordered a deluxe bouquet of yellow tulips for my friend recovering from surgery. Upgraded to the fuller bouquet for extra sunshine. The website demonstrated a bouquet with 20-25 tulips as the deluxe and said it came with the bright yellow bow. The arrangement showed up with 7 tulips, not even as many the website showed in the regular non-upgraded bouquet, and had a burlap strap wrapped around the vase not a yellow bow. It was seriously the ugliest, most embarrassing floral arrangement I have ever seen. It looked like my 6 year old went and picked flowers and weeds out of a field and shoved them in a vase. I wish I could post the picture to demonstrate just how terrible it was. I can't believe this floral company is comfortable presenting such a poor product, especially for the money I paid after an upgrade. After an argument with the floral shop, I did have my money refunded, but fair warning to all.. do not buy flowers from these people. I would have rather not sent flowers at all than to have the embarrassing arrangement they put together sent to someone.
Went there on Mother's Day they were able to help me out in a pinch when I needed to get something for my mother they actually let me go inside the freezer and choose my flowers and let me do an ala carte bouquet the ladies there were very very helpful!
I recently ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I wanted pink bright and beautiful, and it was EXACTLY that. She absolutely loved it and still raves about how the flowers lasted for just over 2 weeks. Great local business and I was more than pleased with the quality of the bouquet and friendly service. I don't know about the other reviews, but from my experience I would definitely recommend this flower shop.
I ordered an arrangement from out of town and was told not to worry. I wanted something bright and summer looking, but ended up with pink and daisies. My mother-in-law went back to get our money back and was told that he could not refund. He did however make a beautiful arrangement up for on the spot considering we ordered a $60 design. I am very dissappointed in that my mother-in-law had to go back and waste her time for her birthday bouquet.
