I was calling to make some arrangements for my payment. The guy I talked to became rude to me and hung up on me! I wasn’t even upset! Totally unprofessional!
Was trying to ensure that i receive an electric dryer, the girl had no idea there was a difference.
To top it off the dryer "isnt even available, so I don't know what he is even talking about "

Pathetic. Was offered a washing machine and dryer, for reasonable rate. Then passes off to someone else, that doesn't know the difference between a gas dryer and an electric dryer.

RUDE, AND WAY OVER PRICED! If you want to pay near 5x what something is worth, this is the place to go. I would stay away. If you are 1 day late, they call you and are overly rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! The general manager Ty even hung up on me yesterday.
I have the best service ever from this location. The store manager is amazing, he makes sure things are accomplished in a timely manner and the products I receive are always quality. Anytime I've had an issue (around 2 times) he's sent someone out to repair the merchandise promptly and it was always fixed beyond my satisfaction. I couldn't ask for anything more from Aarons. They are incredible. Current customer!
