They have nice furniture and the staff is helpful and friendly.. But they advertise that they don't do credit checks.. BUT THEY ACTUALLY DO! !!.i applied for financing and I get paid well every week..and I was denied.i was Told I would get a letter telling me why.. I got the letter it stated that....we are equal credit lending institution we have denied your application though we are a fair and equal credit financing institution my credit report may have partially be the cause for my denial.. If I wanted a layout and a more detailed and specific reason call customer service..now I thought the letter was suppose to explain all that.. They are frauds.. And running people's credit and lie about it.i don't recommend anyone go there to finance anything cause they run ur credit.they just say they don't to get u to come in they store and once u find furniture u apply.. And get denied
My experience at furniture and more was awesome! The salesperson was very reasonable and honest about the quality and prices! Almost everything in my house is from furniture and more! I would recommend everyone I know to come to this store!!

Took off work 2 hours early to drive across town and fill out application. Was told 2 days ago that all they needed was my banking and work info as I met the criteria for financing and that they do not credit check. Got there and Enrique, the sales person (same one i spoke to 2 days ago), had me start filling out my application online. He asks me what my credit score is like. (I thought we weren't involving credit.) I am almost completely finished with my application (mind you I gave them my work, personal, and banking information), when he proceeds to tell me he forgot to let me know there is a $50 application fee. Really?! You forgot? Needless to say i ripped up the invoice he had started and left. STAY AWAY!! THIS PLACE IS SHADY!!!!!!!!!
