DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WE PAID 1300 DOLLARS FOR A TABLE..SPECIAL ORDER. WE WERE TOLD A DELIVERY DATE. THEN WE WERE TOLD THE TABLE WAS IN ARKANSAS AND THEY DIDNT KNOW WHEN THE TRUCK WAS COMING. NOW WE LEARN THE COMPANY IS CLOSING DOWN. THEY CONTINUE TO LIE ABOUT GIVING US A REFUND.
The representative at customer service was understanding but said he would have to have a technician come examine the damage and then decide if it was repairable since we picked it up instead of having it delivered!!! I was understandably angry since this policy was never explained to us in the store and he said he would go ahead and get the replacement table ordered and sent me the new invoice. The expected delivery date comes and goes. I call the warehouse two days after expected delivery date to find out it is not there. Call customer service to find out the replacement was held, just not actually ordered. So, it is two weeks later and we still have a half assembled broken table and large boxes all over our dining room and no table. For a family of five, no place to sit and eat our meals does not work for two weeks! Now, we will still have to wait AT LEAST another week to actually receive the replacement. The lack of customer service and follow through will absolutely keep us from ever returning and we will be letting other people know not to shop there as well.
SCUM! THIEVES! THANK GOD THEY WILL NO LONGER BE IN BUSINESS TO STEAL FROM PEOPLE.
We purchased a table and bench here for over $1,000. Table, upon receiving it, has a manufacturer's defect so one leg will not attach to the table due to misplacement of support bar under table.. Called the store. Our sales lady quite literally said there was nothing she could do for us since we picked up our product ($25) instead of having it delivered ($125) unless we wanted to pack it all back into the box, return it to the warehouse, and then pick up the new one the next week when it arrived! (Side note: the two miles from the warehouse to our house does not cause a solid wood frame piece on the bottom of the table to move). She gave me the number for customer service and wished me luck.

HORRIBLE! Bought a beautiful, expensive, round table and chairs here. Not even two years later, the table is so warped that you can't even eat cereal at the table, because all the milk is on one side of the bowl. It looks ridiculous, and is embarrassing to have people over to our home. And of course they won't fix or replace. CHEAPLY MADE for how expensive it is! BUYER BEWARE!!!
