That being said, I have never ordered items through them, so I can't comment on their shipping process. We have always purchased our items in store.
My husband and I looked for a long time to find a dining set that we thought was good quality and would last for many years. We had a hand me down table and chairs for the first 7 years of our marriage and finally decided to invest in a good quality table for our growing family. We visited Bob Mills furniture in Tulsa in January of this year(2017) and had a wonderful experience. The sales staff was very friendly and informative. They also had a great package deal where you could get a server for free with the purchase of the table we were interested in. They were even kind enough to throw in two extra chairs for free. We were sold! It was a beautiful table that we were assured was excellent quality and would last our family for many years. We paid a over $2,300.00 for the dining set and were very pleased with it for the first couple of months. Soon the table top began to bubble and swell. We had the table top exchanged at no cost to us. We were still happy with our purchase thinking it was a flaw in the one particular table. Shortly after the table top was replaced it began to swell and bubble again. I contacted Linda at the solution center and was informed that I would need to file a claim to get the table repaired. I refused as this is clearly an issue with the table its self. I was then informed that they would replace the table a 3rd time... I do not feel that I should have to keep going through table top after table top. I have asked twice for a refund of my money and to return the table and I am still getting the run around. I have also asked twice to be put in contact with management and I am still having to go through a middle man. I would not reccommend shopping here. They are not willing to make right what is clearly a manufacturing issue. They have lost our business due to the way this issue is being handled. I feel like I was fooled into thinking this was a good quality table when it clearly isn't. And now I can't even get the money back that we spent! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!

Love the custom sectional we bought from them. Our salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all.
Since Bob Mills opened, we have purchased a bedroom set, living room set, dining table and a recliner for the bonus room. I've shopped at many furniture stores, but the majority of them annoy the hell out of me with their pushy sales staff, and poor quality furniture. To me, Bob Mills is different and I feel as though almost everything they sell is great quality. Furniture is solid and doesn't feel or look cheap and the prices are very fair. I have dealt with Lora (spelling?) on two separate occasions and she is very honest and will help you find what what you're looking for without being pushy. I won't shop anywhere else for furniture.
I have also not had any experience with their warranty department as of it, as we haven't had any issues with our purchases thus far.
From the time I walked in the store to the time my furniture was delivered, I can honestly say Bob Mills is different from any other furniture store. I had already shopped 5 other stores looking for a dining room table and chairs, then I remembered their commercials on television and I am so glad I did. I found a table, but I couldn't decide on chairs. They went above and beyond to work with me to find exactly what I wanted. The sales associates allowed me to shop without following me everywhere, but when I needed assistance, they were there. The delivery process was great because I could track exactly where the delivery truck was within 30 minutes of delivery. I will ALWAYS shop Bob Mills furniture from now on and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
We did have an issue with our order, and it was a little bit of a pain to get it fixed. However, they went above and beyond to correct the issue and will definitely be using Bob mills in the future, as well as recommending them to everyone.
