This place is ran by people who have no compassion for families of any kind. I'm a single mother of three and was injured at work last July then let go upon returning to work. I've tried to stay current with my mortgage and lot rent with a payoff on my trailer of a little over $3600. I've tried to negotiate, borrow and flat out beg for this company to work with me as I can PAY IT OFF in about three weeks with my settlement, that I've showed them proof of. The district manager flat out refused to work with me and took me to court and had me evicted earlier this week. The only reason I can come to is they want to do a few repairs and flip it for another twenty grand. My advice take your family and run to a different mobile home community.
