I chose this place because of their good reviews. My experience was not a favorable one. I had to make several trips back and forth because of wrong parts being used, in addition to being installed improperly. Poor management.

From the time I walked into Auto Craft it felt like I was home. Kelly has the best person to have up front, she makes you feel so special. Brian the repair process manager was so great. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs in the future. They are the best.

It was a great experience, I was offered free drinks and tv until I left after getting a free estimate, they saw damage i didn't see and got a low cost that I could afford even if I didn't have insurance.
