Reading James J's heartfelt review saddens me terribly. I've had a bad experience there too. For a USA brand that prides itself as being more about freedom & brotherhood, the rudeness here is sadly all too frequent. The sales crew all smoke pot on lunch breaks, there's a pot-freak w/ skull tattoos...all over his skull, and managers are pushy & threaten violence...like the owner who brags about having insurance to cover his temper. All that's why all the good HD guys don't work here anymore & work nearby. The fat finance guy who burps a lot ain't no Christian, so don't be fooled by his fake cross ring as he oversells . Buy Harley, but not from here.
Friendly and helpful staff. Parts department willing to help you find even the hard to find items. They have some fun events here and some nice bikes for sale.
We've bought 2 Harley Davidson motorcycles from them in the past 12 months. Gabe is a wonderful salesman, takes time and explains everything. Steve is parts is excellent, very helpful and will make sure you're taken care of. Always pleased with the service!
If they don't have what you want, then you might not need it. When I travel across the country, I usually stop there.

Nice, clean Harley dealer. We just stopped in for a few souvenirs, but the staff was friendly & very helpful. They carry some useful non-Harley accessories (skull caps) & cleaning supplies (Texas Two Step). Good location for us too, right off of the freeway.
