I explained to them I was in a spot and time was an issue. They immediately got my Truck on a lift and took care of my brakes. I knew I also needed some U Joints replaced and asked if they could take care of that while it was on the lift. Not only did they fix the U Joint, but they did so at a VERY reasonable rate. An EXTREMELY Professional crew, from the Service Desk, to the Technicians themselves. If you live in Tulsa, or are just passing through and run into trouble, be sure to give these Professionals a call. You WON'T be dissapointed.
When they want you to chose them over another shop, they will call non-stop and tell you what you want to hear. But once you choose them, they won't update you on anything. You have to call them and leave many messages. My truck kept getting pushed back but I had to constantly call them. It was just hard to believe because of how persistent they were when they wanted my business. Very disappointing. Worst shop experience I have ever had!
