Reply to your reply 09/23: Well the mechanic told me clearly that : "It takes 40 to 80 dollars depending on one hour or two hour to FIX the cruise control". He never used the word DIAGONIZE. I believe fix means it includes diagnosis and repair. I understand it doesnt cover spare part because neither he nor i knew that the switch was bad. We were under the assumption that there was some mechanical issue that just needs to be fixed. So I didnt INTERPRET it wrong. More over i dont think they took more than an hour to diagonize it to charge 85$. Well i dont think i will come back again nor recommend any of my friends too. If you still think charging me 85$ for doing Nothing on my car is reasonable then i am not sure how you priced oil change to 38$ when you are actually doing something to the car. Its as good as you saying you charge 300$ for parking in your shop and charge 10$ for entire engine overhaul, body works and painting put together. Thanks for taking time to justify what was done.
I took my Ford Escape into these guys to inspect a loud noise I heard in the rear passenger side when driving the vehicle to work one morning. I knew that my car was in dire need of major work because I had prolonged it for 2 years. So the fact that my rear left shock was toast & my front end suspension was worn out, was not a surprise to me. It was long overdue. Dale & his staff of mechanics kept my car overnight & did a fantastic job of fixing it. They did NOT try to sell me anything extra. They gave me an estimate of the repairs & that was the final cost of what I paid. My car drives like new & there’s no longer any “clunking” with the front end. Dale, the proprietor, operates his business with integrity. They don't lie to you & sell you some BS story in order to make more money off you like the dealerships do. I had an idea what was wrong with my car before I even took it to Kwik Kar. So the fact the mechanics confirmed what I already knew, assured me that I wasn't being misled. I was very satisfied with all the work done on my car & will be a returning customer. Thanks again Dale, for a job well done
Have had a hard time finding a trustworthy shop in the tulsa area. I decided to give this shop a try and I was not disappointed. I had an issue with my car running very poor. So they checked it out and found the issue, they gave me a call discussed the price before proceding, and car was fixed that day. Very happy with the service, price and the professionalism. It's nice knowing i don't need to mess with the dealerships and there outrageous prices anymore. Thank you Kwik Kar
Have taken multiple cars here for quite some time, fast friendly service. Also vacuum an clean windowsand . No pressure sales.
This is the first time i went there since most of them are closed on weekends. I went there for an oil change and some additional minor works. Oil change was done as said and bang on target. I was gonna get my cruise control and oil pan gasket replaced too. My mechanic told it takes about 200$ for oil pan gasket replacement and 40-80$ depending on 1 hour or 2 hour to fix the cruise control. I decided to fix only cruise control. After about 45mins my mechanic comes to me and says cruise control switch is bad so it will take about 230$ to fix it. I declined. Then he billed me 85$ for just diagnoising that the cruse control switch was bad. I said OK for cruise control hoping that they can fix it in an hour for 40$. Worst case 80$. But ended up paying 85$ for just diagnoising. I am not sure about the google reviews for this place. And i learnt that google reviews can sometimes not be genuine. This is probably my first and last visit there.
Horrible, They were very friendly an gave us an estimate we agreed. Later we get a call saying another issue was discovered an now its double. What do you do? So we agreed. I return to pick up my vehicle an was shocked when he informed me that there was even more work that needed to be done soon (belt) an they would be glad to do it. We left, then we noticed the cruise control was no longer working. This frustrated me because it was working just fine when I dropped it off here. My cousin opens the hood looks around an finds that it was unplugged. We had the AC fixed, feels like sabataug! I will not ever go there again or refer anyone else to either.
