Honest, reliable very knowledgeable, straight forward. Everything that every other bike shop I went to WAS NOT.
Chase was extremely helpful in showing me around the helmet section, even checked to make sure the one I wanted fit properly and helped order a special visor for it.
After lots of consideration and going back and forth on what bike to get, I stopped in to see Ryan and his crew. I had been ignored from other bike shops so my standards had been set pretty low.

The guys in here are awesome. Thanks Ryan for all the help. I got a great bike for my son. They even had all the gear he needed. It's nice to get everything in one place. Great place to go for all you cycle needs.
I bought a bike from them and even when I was totally confused by some of the newer things the bike was equipped with, they were patient and explained everything.
I'd say "fair and honest" is an accurate description.
I guess the surprised look caught his attention and he told me "we're fair and honest" and that it didn't need as many parts as he originally thought nor as much labor.
Ryan was extremely helpful when I first came in. I didn't have much knowledge of maintenance that I needed to do on my bike nor had I ever been to a bike shop. Ryan told me everything I needed to know. I got new tires, sprockets, brakes, fluid change, and a new helmet from them. When I got my bike back it felt brand new.
Not that I plan on getting a new bike soon but when I do, it wont be anywhere else but here. And we already have big plans to customize and make it more comfortable!
After talking with Ryan and sitting on a few bikes...I finally found one my wife and I both liked. They were so amazing and took the time to actually listen to my concerns (I'm short and have very little muscle for holding up a bike.)
This shop has secured my business for life. I appreciate it!
My ATV had popped some welds on the rear A-arm. They looked at it and said worse case $1000-$1200. When I went to pick it up, I expected it would be over $1200.... but it came in way under at $350.
Really great customer service.. nice selection of gear and bikes. Had a tire changed and it took less than 30 minutes.. definitely recommend to others
