I torque the nut back to 220 #s or what ever it is and move on.
I figure they are totally incompetent. That night I'm doing 75 mph and can feel wheel wobbles.
I get the car back with a MASSIVE oil leak (broken bolts left broken off inside the block) and my power steering is growling. I give them the benefit of the doubt and take it back to them. 5 Weeks Total with no exaggerations. I get the car back still making noises and leaking everywhere.
I make it home ok pull off the wheel and find my AXLE nut finger tight with no keeper to be seen.
Months later Im finally able to pull my power steering pump on my own. On the back of the pump it looks like mike pulled one of the bolts out and replaced it with another that is impossible to tighten fully. That was my power steering issue. These monkeys can not be trusted with a motor vehicle. I am surprised that they haven't had lawsuits from all sides.
If you are thinking about using them DONT DO IT. Mike I think his name did a timing chain job for me. I only wanted this done bc I thought I could hear noise coming from the timing chain area.
BTW the timing chain noise i was hearing was the AC compressor bearing seized. Mike also allowed me to pay him for unnecessary repairs. The timing chain was fine until Brookside Automotive "fixed" it.
