The employees are outstanding! Specifically, Marc was amazing to work with! He kept us up to date on the status of our couch and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy! They guarantee happy customers! Price was great and customer service was top notch!
Found this place to be clean and organized. This place is several places in one. Couches and chairs in one part with beds and bedding in another. Staff of both places that we visited were helpful and friendly
I paid for delivery and was supposed to be provided a 3 hour window the day prior to delivery. I got a call at 8:45 on the morning of delivery, telling me I need to be there between 11 and 3 today, much more than the 3 hour delivery window, and with very short notice to arrange. I would expect this kind of service if the delivery was free, but since I am PAYING for delivery, this is unacceptable. I will not use Furniture Row in the future. Go somewhere where you get a decent level of service since you are PAYING for it.

Have bought several items over the past 5 years. Been mostly pleased with all but mattress. On living and dining side Marc is what I consider best of the best. He is super attentive, patient while I make my decisions and even emails me when n item I previously considered went on sale.
Buyers beware!!! I purchased a $2500 leather sofa and loveseat with protection plan last spring. Over the next several weeks we had to have them replaced when they kept delivering items that were wrong or had imperfections. I was pleased with the Tulsa sales and delivery teams and that is the only reason I even gave this review any stars at all. Last week, I noticed that it felt like something was broken inside the love seat. It wasn't lining up properly and felt like a spring, board or cushion wasn't right. I submitted a claim to the warranty department via phone call and followup email with pictures only to be told that this type of damage isn't covered. They didn't even send out a technician to investigate. I will never step another foot in this store. If you can't stand behind your product and it isn't even 18 months old I will gladly go elsewhere!!
