George was great he helped me the whole way through. I had just moved Into a new house and needed furniture for a good deal. George helped me set up every room just the way I pictured it I would recommend them to anyone
Six days after delivery the wood frame broke with three out of four pieces destroyed. I contact the store and they say they will put the order in, and it would take a week to arrive (so it would be the next week, Tuesday approximately).
Don't let this happen to you: buy from some place actually reputable. This scummy place isn't worth your time.
The next week (this one) I finally go in on Friday considering they had not contacted me. The manager that sold me the futon only just placed the order for the parts on the 28th. He then proceeds to blame the manufacture for not wanting to send them parts (wonder why . . . ) and says to wait another week . . . or two . . . or three, he doesn't have an estimated time of arrival. In fact, he says it can take as long as it takes (even MONTHS) and he doesn't have to do ANYTHING about it. Furthermore, when asking for a refund he became belligerent and insulting saying it's "our problem now".
Just moved in to a bigger place. Dustin and George helped me find exactly what I needed at the right price.
We got a sectional couch from here about a month ago and absolutely love it. The staff was extremely helpful and awesome. They didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't want or out of or price range. They have a company that can do delivery and they were awesome as well. I couldn't be happier about our transaction and will definitely buy from these guys again!!

I have phone recordings of all calls with them (Oklahoma is single party recording legal), and should the dispute through Chase/Visa fail for this transaction I have every intent of taking them to small claims. I plan on contacting the manufacture as they are likely violating agreements with them suggesting they are able to make indefinite replacements of parts that break and have offered a lifetime warranty at their expense.
First and foremost, they lie regarding their warranty on many of their products to add incentive. I purchased an Alpha futon made by Big Tree Big Sleep. The manager that was there at the time told me it would have a lifetime warranty on frame and ten on the mattress. The manufacture says its only a year on the frame, and on the mattress it's printed that it has a five year warranty. It's likely that if the store abuses the manufacture's parts request that eventually they simply will not get shipments from them any longer -- this is important to note.
Be aware that this is the first review of the store, and any immediate feedback to contradict this will likely be a "plant" or a "shill" to offset this.
