I have been having my furniture for over a month. When I received the furniture it was supposed to be 4 pieces. I only received 3 pieces and 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged. Here it is over a month later and I have still yet to receive my 4th piece and have my ottoman replaced. Every week John the service manager is telling me next week your stuff will be here just to tell me the same thing the next week and so on and so on. I will never put my money in there hands again.
The staff was amazing the prices were amazing and if I could I would love to work there
They have great deals and we have purchased several items here. Smaller businesses atmosphere. Great people.
Excellent service. Sales associate (Terry) was descriptive with furniture items and demonstrated potential pieces. He was patient, not pushy. The credit department was helpful and prompt. We only had to wait only 5-10 minutes to get finished and get out the door. Pleasant visit. We will be back.
Salesman did not smother me at the store and was super knowledgeable. Delivery drivers were good at their job. The price of what I bought was 30% lower than a different store 2 miles away. Huge selection compared to most.
