We were greeted by Rick Williams who, after a few questions, showed us exactly what we had in mind. Rick provided helpful, sage advice, and shortly had us set up with everything we needed! It was a pleasant experience working with Rick, the cost of our new furniture was very fair, and delivery was smooth and problem free.
We own several pieces from Sunshine and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I recently needed to replace two cushions on a sectional purchased at Sunshine and Red in Customer Service was amazing--she made it happen! I wasn't even sure replacements from the manufacturer were a possibility but she handled it while I was on the phone with her and the cushions will be delivered directly to us. Great, time-saving experience and my only regret is not calling Sunshine before ordering cushion foam online (which turned out way too firm) on my own first!
We had an amazing experience with our latest furniture purchase. From sales (shout out to Kevin Doll ) to Tony's amazing design expertise (staying within our budget ) to delivery in three weeks (built the way we wanted ) we couldn't be more pleased. Derrick Moore helped us find a dresser today. Even though we were not making a big purchase he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend taking the massage chairs for a spin! They are pricy but incredible. Thanks Derrick!
Came in with the intentions of only purchasing a bunk bed for my two older children, decided to go ahead and look around. Ended up buying a full furniture set, plus the bunk bed from Kevin Doll. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was NOT pushy whatsoever. He gave us our space but was also there when we had questions. He was very conversational, kid friendly and funny!
