I can't give a negative number on this rating, but based on my mother-in-law experience, do not go to this place. As we were told, with a 1-20 ration on aids and a 1-40 ration on nursing, you can do the math on how well a patient will be care for at this hospital (wished I would have know earlier). She was doing well until she went to this place. Wife walked in and she had thrown up and had excretion issues, and they let her lay in the results... wife walked in on that at 2 am in the morning. She had requested them to call her daughter for days and they never did call until she got so bad, they almost lost her. What a difference from the day she went in and the lack of care during her stay. We had to demand she be sent to the ER because she was so dehydrated, it caused renal failture and they still resisted her leaving. Bottom line...I my opinion, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for recovery. After her going back, her previous doctor and nephrologist both said they would not ever refer to this institution again.
That evening after your surgery you get a call from them, checking on how you are doing, and letting you know they are there 24/7 if you need any help or advice.
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS LAZY AND COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THEIR CARE. MY BROTHER IN LAW HAD HIS EMERGENCY LIGHT ON FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF, no one checked on him my sister had to leave work after he called her to caome help him. The care is not good.
You are carefully watched before and after your operation, everyone is right there to make sure everything is going well for you.
The people who assist you from the beginning at their front desks, really show you how much they care about getting things ready and correct for you.
When it's time to have your surgery, they are right there with great help and nothing is overlooked not the smallest detail.
No one enjoys having surgery, but if i ever again need it, i will try hard to have it done at Pinnacle specialty Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Don't send a family member here ever. My mom could've had better treatment from someone without a so called license. I can't believe saint Francis would even consider speaking these words as a place to send a family member. If you wanted to know how your family is being treated here you would have to live with them at the facility 24/7 because other wise they will lay in bed until someone decides to let them go to the bathroom and then it's to late . She went in on Wednesday to have physical therapy to get stronger to be home and it's now Monday and she had absolutely none unless you want to call out of the bed to the potty chair. Just dont send a love one here.
After my surgery i was taken in wheel chair to my Auto at front door, the man taking me was very helpful in making sure i was safe inside my auto.
The care i obtained when needing cataracts removed in both eyes, was just wonderful, from having Valet parking to keep you from hunting a parking place it gets you out right into their front door and your auto checked in and parked for you.
I just can't say enough about how the people at Pinnacle, took the stress of my eye surgery away and made me feel a lot better about having the operation.
Along with Triad Eye Institute of Tulsa and Pinnacle Specialty Hospital in Tulsa, with their great people i am 100% satisfied with every detail of their service.
