Most incompetent doctor's office I've ever been to, complete disorganized. I had labs drawn there and the doctor told me the would be free of charge; a week later I received a bill in the mail for the lab for $200. When I showed him the bill he asked where I got it, then denied it was from him. After I pointed out it had his name on it he told me I must went to another office and had the same tests done by a doctor with the exact same name. Really!?!!? Then he took the bill from me left the room and came back in a few minutes saying it was a clerical error and that it would be taken care of. On my next he told me that he ordered labs for me but I never got them done (in other words he had lost the results).

Dr. Tetenga is very rude, she treated me with no respect or dignity. I feel i was discriminated against. Said she was in a rush and had to go to lunch. Treated me like i was a drug addict when all i needed was allergy meds/antihistimines. Morton will never get a dime from me again because of this unprofessional, lack of training, resident. I left in tears. Did not refill all my meds like she claimed to do.. Now i have to pay for another visit just to get meds.

If you don't have insurance , don't bother. Everything is pay as you go. i went in and couldn't afford the extra testing i needed and they wouldn't bill me. They said I could come back for a follow up and then said they didn't tell me that. Just be aware before you go.

The providers aren't that bad, but the administration needs to be fired en masse. I was seen in dental for an exam on 1/4. For the next two months I tried calling to schedule a follow up. I left ten detailed messages, none were returned. God forbid you have an urgent need, you're up the creek. I only came here because my dental insurance sent me. Despite having a great dentist, the crap just isn't worth the trouble. I switched to another clinic.

Went to dentist, gave my insurance info got a denial from insurance, called insurance was told claim was sent to medical unit and they don't forward to dental unit,claim must be refiled to correct department.i called morton multiple times trying to resolve, dental clinic does not answer phone, hung up and called switchboard asked to speak to someone in billing was transferred, let phone ring 20 times no one answered, called switchboard again, she tried to call billing came back and stated her phone must be malfunctioning, took my name date of birth and phone number, no one ever called back. Waited 2 days called switchboard again asked to speak to someone in administration was transferred to someones voice mail left message, no one ever returned my call. I called switchboard again several days later this time was told if they wont call you back you might want to come up here. They have turned a 5 minute clarification call into a time consuming ordeal, when i protested this suggestion, switchboard hung up on me.
