They are quick, not really personable but they do their job well. When I walked in the lady at the desk was showing another lady something on her cell phone...It took them a few minutes to even acknowledge me.
This isn't an urgent care experience I'm used to. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.
Called with a possible overdose on a hormone medication. Asked if i should seek emergency medical and the person who amswered was not helpful and didn't seem to care. Just kept saying they couldn't give medical advice over the phone. I understand they can't diagnose over the phone but if I didn't need to be seen and spend the $200 co-pay that would be nice to of known. It's like they care more about the money than human compassion. Went in 4 months ago with a sore throat that's when I found out my copay was $200 I didn't have the money to just hand over if the response would be just take an anti-biotic which I didn't want to take if not really needed. The doctor that just so happen to be behind the window was really rude and very hatefully said if you want to pay I'll talk to you if not I can't help you. So rude, when I went a year ago the staff was kind and the doctor I saw was amazing. THIS IS NOT THE CASE NOW. I'll never go back.
Dr. Stacy is a great doctor. Caring care, knowledgeable, and quick. Highly recommended.
This place is okay. They do get you in quick but mostly they just want to be about the money. The dr that we saw was negotiating a price with us for being private pay and telling us to that he has to get something out of it. I understand people have to make money but this guy was all about running a business and not helping people when they are sick. The nurses are very sweet but I wish that the dr cared more about the people rather than the money.
