I had carpal tunnel surgery & a tendon release done at Oklahoma Sugical. The staff was very friendly & helpful.....very professional & done an excellent job. I highly recommend them!
This is by far the very best hospital ive ever been in. Every single staff member i encountered was polite and caring. Not one rude person. The kitchen food was excellent as well ss the staff. They worked with you if you missed meals. A class act all the way.
Two times I have came here for back surgery. I was hoping the first time issues were taken care of and things would be different the second time. Twice I have had to wait over an hour for a nurse. The last nurse I had, totally refused to follow the doctors orders as per my medication. I have been in horrible pain since my surgery. I couldn't even sleep all night. I do not have a PcP pump . They don't even have flat ice packs to lie on. I've had back surgery and the only ice packs they have , have big chunks of ice in them. I've also had to go the bathroom by myself without assistance twice. My back not only hurt horribly the entire stay, but burns too. It feels like fire. Twice left in terror now. I will not return to this hopital. I dont even thank they deserve a one. Sicerely, In a nightmare. :(
I highly recommend OSH. just had surgery on my hand.the people are very nice, the place is clean and attractive and I especially appreciated not having to park my own car.
I would recommend this facility. From the moment we dropped off our car at the free valet to the moment we picked up our car we had the BEST experience. Normally, we would be wondering around looking for the place we had to be, but not here, they provide a worker who walks with you to your sign in desk, then walks you to the pre-op room where the IV etc is done. The waiting room for family members was spacious, there were computer screens you can monitor to keep up dated on where your loved one is in the process. Then once time came to go see your loved one, you are walked right to them while they finish recovering. The nurses were wonderful, nice and patient with all the questions I had. We got a call today (Monday) to check up on how my husband was doing after surgery (Friday). Thank You to the team of folks for helping us thru what could have been a very stressful process.
