Very attentive staff very friendly very kind to my family visiting me Doctor and nurses didnt waste any time taking care of me and making sure i was comfortable also made sure i went home with correct insulin and resources to get more at a decent price to keep my health up to par Two thumbs up to the staff for being on top of everything would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone seeking madical attention
I don't feel like typing a novel so I'll keep this short. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctor's listened to our concerns about our infant daughter. Her PCP told us to take her to the ER on labor day to get checked out. There was a few things that could have been done differently or correctly, but I don't expect every doctor to know EVERYTHING about treating an infant. We haven't received a bill yet.. but we have the resources to get that changed.
I am so done with being treated like a addict everything I go to the hospital. So bad tonight I walked out and they didn't bother to ask why. I go in because I can't sit and barely can walk and tell them I do not want pain meds, just need to know what's happening and maybe get a steroid shot. They waited an hour after being in a room to come in an tell me to give a urine sample, then an hour after that still hadn't seen the Dr. They were not busy, Dr and nurses at desk laughing and talking. I am done.
I had a halter monitor done here. I verified MULTIPLE times BEFORE I had the test done that it would be $500. I called before I ever even got to the hospital to get this quote. Once I got to the hospital I asked 3 different people who I needed to talk to so I could make payment arrangements, each one told me I would talk to the next person to get that set up. I finally talked to someone about payment arrangements, and she told me I had to just wait until I got my bill. After I got the test done, I get hit with a bill for $856.20 in the mail. I call and tell them this and they put my account in "review". They told me it would take a few days before they could get back to me. A FEW WEEKS LATER I hear back from them and they say I DO owe the $856.20, "because it's impossible to give a quote for an exact number".....well that's not EVEN CLOSE! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
The nursing assistants were all very nice to Dad when in the hospital, but we didn't leave him unattended by family very long after we were warned by a staff person that they would do anything to avoid having their parent inpatient here. Some of the nurses were very pleasant, though he didn't need much from them by that time. The care he received by nurses in the earlier part of his stay was questionable. These nurses were either indifferent or rude, and failed in their ability to follow through and in communicating effectively with the family. He enjoyed the food and housekeeping was always pleasant to him.
