We sent our 8 year old daughter to Riverside hospital. She had Reactive Attachment Disorder along with several other problems. Eleven months later we received her back much improved. The family therapy was difficult but very effective. We have been out of the hospital 18 months now with nothing but improvements. This place was a life saver for our daughter and our family.
Staff are abusive I blackout alot and one of the staff slamed me hard af just for hitting a window
I believe that they strongly helped me. I was there for a year. That was the hardest part about being there. I am growing up to be a beautiful intelligent young lady. All these allegations going against Shadow mountain Hope is wrong. I believe that they strongly care about who they help. They treated me with the utmost respect. They helped guide me through a lot of troubles.

Every time I call up there to see if a script is ready for pickup, they send me to the "nurses line." I'm supposed to wait two days to get a call back, I do and noone call me back. I have to call them back only to find out that they didn't get the script ready. I've even called to see if it was ready and they send me back to the "nurses line." When I go to pick it up they are rude about it making me wait when someone calls just so I can pick up a script. The best thing that you should do is put them on hold and finish the task at hand. I don't recommend this place at all!
