Awesome experience!! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I had an overnight stay after surgery and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The food was excellent, the room and bathroom were clean, the furniture was clean and modern. Absolute best experience ever in a hospital!
First time in my life I've felt like a celebrity. Fantastic staff are always checking to see if you need anything, food is better than any 5 star restaurant. Only complaint I had was the pillows would go flat as soon as you laid your head down.
I wish all hospitals were as good as this place!
I cannot speak more highly of this facility. I have had two out patient procedures done here and both experiences were wonderful! I can honestly say that I have never received the level of care I received here at any other medical facility. The staff greet you promptly upon arrival. After doing the initial paperwork I didn't even get sat down before I was called back to my prep room by super friendly staff who took excellent care of both myself and family who had come with me. I was not waiting all day for my procedure to start, everything rolled so smoothly. No staff act rushed or in a hurry yet they don't stash you in a room and forget about you either. If I could give more stars for my experiences here, I definitely would!
I honestly wish I could go here for any doctor's visit or medical procedure I ever needed for the rest of my life. The ENTIRE staff was so kind, welcoming, professional and attentive. The nurse who got me ready for my procedure was so bright and positive that it really eased my anxiety about having a procedure done. The waiting room was comfortable for my husband too and that really was a nice touch. I left this facility feeling well taken care of and calm- which is big for me. Please keep up the good work, Tulsa Spine and Specialty!
Additional notes - I had to come back here for a new surgery and once again I cannot speak highly enough of TS&S Hospital - awesome staff, friendly and courteous, awesome doctors, truly a place where you are treated as a person not a number!
