Worst location ever! I came early this summer to get a car in cash since I lost both my credit/debit cards. I got the whole run around, waiting there for an hour. The line wasn't even long I was the 2nd person. I don't know if their air conditioning wasn't working but it scorching in there. Their fan was even blowing hot air. Then magically two men appeared, with still no helped. So I decided to wait for my new cards to come in weeks later and go to my original location. The reason that I chose this location it's literally 13 min. Compared to the usual 30 min drive. It was like they painted a HERTZ logo and try to make it work.. and failed.
Very well run location. No problems with rental or drop and the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Had an accident and the insurance company set me up for a rental through Hertz. This location was pretty busy when I showed up but Dee mad sure I was taken care of. When I dropped off the car they took care of me and Dee made sure I was accommodated again. I recommended this place based on her customer service. I didn't pay for the rental so I can't attest to their prices, but their hospitality is top notch.
Charged me over $100 for a new tire when the car had an unreported flat when given to me. I put less than 100 miles on the car when I had it, making this an exorbitant extra charge. Would not rent again.
Received a rental car here through my insurance, and the staff was very helpful upon renting and returning the vehicle. However, after using less that an 1/8 of a tank, they charged over $70 to fill it back up. (The closest gas station is less than a mile away.) Then over the phone they accused me extensively (to the point of saying I was lying) of having animals in the back of the car, which I never did. Next time I'll go with either a different company, or at least a different location.
