I was broke down on the highway for the first time in my life at midnight I FOUND THIS WRECKER COMPANY ON GOOGLE......I CALLED AND VANCE ANSWERED: I was histerical I know!!He spent 40 minutes on the phone with me telling me to get in the back seat...dont turn on your flashers we want to make it look like the car had been there a while!!! My heart raced every time a car went by and I seen a car brake lights come on like they were going to stop!! minutes seemed like hours I was shaking and it was getting the best of me!!!! And when He got to me he told me I am going to turn my lights on and I seen flashing lights and I wanted to cry, and I did. I want to share this because in my life I had never been so helpless and scared. I am from Texas but live in Hawaii and was on vacation and was going to a concert in Tulsa. Vance I Love You for the way you treated me and YOU ARE THE MOST AWESOME MAN ON EARTH! YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND.
Called at 10:15 AM, owner answered and was polite and friendly. He cautioned that I was probably looking at about a 1.5 hr wait - said he would call a driver and call me back. He called back shortly and said it would be approximately 3 hrs and they would call before then. Four hours later, I called back and asked for an ETA, he said he would call me right back. After another half hour (After 4:00 now), I called another towing company - they said they would be there in 20 minutes. Good thing I called someone else and was able to get it to the shop before it closed.
I called regarding a power door issue. I recommend calling this mechanic because his actions speak to the quality of his work. He resolved a simple door issue when other mechanics would have charged me more than necessary.
