They really do care about us here. They go out of there way to accommodate within reason, and have no problem just printing out an estimate for when I can't get something fixed right away. Super helpful and fantastic service.
I had belts installed on my gf Elantra a few months ago and she had been complaining about it squealing. I called and they schedule her in to fix it without any problems. Great customer service and standing behind their work to make it right. Thanks
Frankie was friendly. That was about it. I spent over $500 for my car to basically be checked out, be told it "definitely is" the issue they were wanting to fix, only for my car to stop after leaving the shop. I was told I could have a $300 credit on a salvaged motor, for two grand... and still out of a car. No reimbursement, not even a partial. I had to call the shop back as well, just for there to still be no resolution. I figured if I asked them if that really was the issue, they would have been honest. I won't be going back just to be screwed.
