Denys Jackson, Great representative! Just bought our 2012 4runner yesterday. We highly recommend our sales representative Denys Jackson to anyone who want to buy a Toyota in Tulsa. We have only lived in U.S. for a few years. We heard many negative stories about car dealers and salesmen there. Before we start to talk to Denys, we were kind of nervous of what's going to happen. It turned out Denys was a very nice and professional representative, who was very patient and did not give us ANY pressure (not mentioning tricks) during the whole process. We really felt like he was there to help us. We were extremely happy about his service and of course the price we paid for this brand-new 4runner. We will definitely go back to Jim Norton next time and would recommend Denys Jackson to our friends and anyone who is checking comments here. When we researched Toyota dealers in Tulsa, we came and read comments here. Now we know that these good comments are genuine.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Camry. We entered Jim Norton Toyota a week ago with our Consumer Report in hand. We were immediately referred to Bill Martin, an ace mechanic, because it was obvious that we were interested in technical information. Bill handled our questions with great care, respect, and without pressure. We did not know for sure what we wanted initially. So we checked out the hybrids and gathered information. I was not convinced that the hybrids were worth the extra cost. Back home I ran some calculations using Consumers Reports' average mpg for the Camry and the hybrid Camry and 100,000 miles driving distance. The results of these calculations is that gasoline would have to reach $6.00/gal to break even on the different cost of the Camry vs the Camry hybrid. Since there is a loss of trunk space in addition higher cost, we decided not to pursue a hybrid. Two days later we returned, looked at and drove an Avelon, and also a regular Camry after having driving the hybrid previously. Bill very patiently answered many questions without pressuring us. We needed more time to think things over going back home for a while. We then to a conclusion that the new care was for my wife's primary use. So she could choose the color of her choice (red) and interior as well. We are very satisfied with the service given to us in every respect.
My recent new car purchase could not have gone easier. My sales associate, Zach Pinney, could not have been nicer or more patient. Over the course three appointments, Zach answered all my questions about the various models I was interested in. But as great as nice is, honesty is even better and I felt Zach was a straight shooter with me and never tried to give me the silver tongue treatment. This is the fourth vehicle I’ve bought from Jim Norton Toyota and guys like Zach are why I keep coming back…and the quality of the cars…and the excellent service department.
I just bought a brand new Toyota Corolla on Saturday! I am quite pleased with it so far and the service I received was top notch! Couldn't be happier! Just took delivery of a 2012 Toyota Venza and haven't stopped smiling. Our salesperson, Richard Haase, was the best. He was so helpful and patient even when I couldn't decide between the Venza and another crossover. He answered all of our questions and kept us updated during our wait for our very special order to arrive. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased (7th in our extended family) from Jim Norton and Richard exceeded even our already high expectations.
